　　教師面試問題問題一：為什么要選擇教師這個行業(yè)?

　　為什么要選擇教師這個行業(yè)、你是怎么看教師這個工作的等涉及到教育觀的這類問題被問到的幾率最大。金陵中學(xué)丁強校長告訴記者，這是來面試的考生必須要回答的問題。每年僅是因回答這兩個問題不當(dāng)而被淘汰的考生就有很多。

　　參考意見：南京一中初中部黃侃校長建議考生回答問題一定要實事求是，不要故弄玄虛，比如這樣回答就不錯：讀的就是師范類的專業(yè)，做教師符合自己的專業(yè)，而且現(xiàn)在公司之類的工作不夠穩(wěn)定，教師穩(wěn)定性比較高，現(xiàn)在好的學(xué)校對教師的培養(yǎng)很好，也能為教師提供很大的發(fā)展空間等。

　　教師面試問題二：在面試時，學(xué)校會根據(jù)考生的履歷提出一些即興的問題，主要是考察考生的應(yīng)變能力。

　　教師面試問題三：課上得怎么樣?

　　小學(xué)教師面試第一個環(huán)節(jié)也是最重要的環(huán)節(jié)，就是對考生課堂教學(xué)的考察,通過上一節(jié)課看考生的專業(yè)水平和教學(xué)能力到底怎么樣，比如對教材的了解、板書，對學(xué)生活動的組織以及對課堂的控制等。區(qū)教育局會組織教師聽課并給考生打分，根據(jù)分?jǐn)?shù)確定是否留用。而學(xué)校沒有錄用權(quán)。
