foot和feet的區(qū)別

foot 是單數(shù)，feet 是復(fù)數(shù)。
但二者使用卻有嚴(yán)格的區(qū)分：
1，具體指腳時或英呎時的復(fù)數(shù)，就用feet。
How many feet do you have?
你有幾只腳？
I have two.
兩只。
He is 6 feet tall.
他是6英呎高。
Punching with fists and kicking with feet are allowed in taekwondo.
跆拳道允許用拳擊和用腳踢。
2，foot是用在短語中或構(gòu)成一些詞中。
如，
on foot步行，
I often go home on foot.
我經(jīng)常步行回家。
football 足球，
He plays football usually on Saturday afternoon.
他通常在周六下午踢足球。
footprint 腳印，
Walking on the beach will leave footprints.
在沙灘上走會留下腳印。
