夫妻團(tuán)聚人員申請(qǐng)永久居留材料
Foreigners need to provide:
外國(guó)人提供的材料：
1.2 copies of two-inch recent photos
1.2寸近期證件照2張。
2.Valid passport and valid visa (or residence permit), and provide 2 copies of each.
2.有效護(hù)照及有效簽證（或居留證件）原件及2份復(fù)印件。
3.Marriage certificate, and provide 2 copies of this and two copies of ID certificate used for marriage registration are also required.
3.婚姻關(guān)系證明原件及2份復(fù)印件和提交結(jié)婚登記時(shí)使用的身份證件復(fù)印件2份。
4.中國(guó)籍配偶的身份證和常住上海的戶(hù)籍證明或者外國(guó)籍配偶的有效護(hù)照和《外國(guó)人永久居留身份證》原件及2份復(fù)印件。配偶戶(hù)口簿內(nèi)婚姻狀況欄須注明已婚或加注與有效護(hù)照相同的英文姓名。戶(hù)口本需復(fù)印簽發(fā)頁(yè)、配偶資料頁(yè)及其變更頁(yè)。

Document List for Permanent Residence for Working Staff
Foreigners need to provide:
外國(guó)人提供的材料：
1.Documents Required for Working Staff (principal applicant)：
1.就業(yè)人員（主申請(qǐng)人）需提交下列材料：
（1）2 copies of two-inch recent photos
（1）2寸近期證件照2張。
（2）Valid passport and employment-typed residence permits issued in Shanghai for consecutively 4 years before this application, and 2 copies of each should be submitted.
（2）有效護(hù)照和申請(qǐng)之日前連續(xù)4年在上海工作辦理的工作類(lèi)居留證件原件及2份復(fù)印件。
（3）Income certificate of the last 4 years issued by employer(s), and provide 1 copy of this.
（3）工作單位出具的最近4年工資證明原件及1份復(fù)印件。
（4）Inpidual income tax clearance certificate issued by Shanghai taxation bureau documenting the last consecutive 4 years before this application, and provide 1 copy of this.
（4）上海稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)出具的申請(qǐng)之日前連續(xù)4年繳納個(gè)人所得稅的完稅證明原件及1份復(fù)印件。
（5）Valid Working Permit (or Employment Permit, Foreign Expert Certificate) issued in Shanghai, and 2 copies of this.
（5）在上海辦理的有效《外國(guó)人工作許可證》（或《外國(guó)人就業(yè)證》、《外國(guó)專(zhuān)家證》）原件及2份復(fù)印件。
（6）Letter of recommendation issued by the present employer, and provide 1 copy of this.
（6）現(xiàn)工作單位出具的推薦函原件及1份復(fù)印件。
（7）工作單位《企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》副本或有關(guān)登記證明及近4年網(wǎng)上年度報(bào)告、《外商投資企業(yè)批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)》或《外商投資企業(yè)設(shè)立備案回執(zhí)》或《外商投資企業(yè)變更備案回執(zhí)》原件及近4年網(wǎng)上聯(lián)合年報(bào)（內(nèi)資企業(yè)免交），并提交2份復(fù)印件。

2. 外籍配偶需提交下列材料：
（1）Complete Application Form for Permanent Residence in China, and provide 2 copies of two-inch recent photos
（1） 2寸近期證件照2張。
（2）Valid passport and valid visa (or residence permit), and provide 2 copies of each.
（2）有效護(hù)照及簽證（或居留證件）原件及2份復(fù)印件。
（3）Marriage certificate, and provide 2 copies of this. Two copies of ID certifications used for marriage registration are also required.
（3）婚姻關(guān)系證明原件及2份復(fù)印件和提交結(jié)婚登記時(shí)使用的身份證件復(fù)印件2份。

3. Documents Required for Children:
3. 未滿(mǎn)18周歲外籍子女需提交以下材料：
（1）2 copies of two-inch recent photos
（1） 2寸近期證件照2張
（2）Valid passport and visa (or residence permit), and provide 2 copies of each.
（2）有效護(hù)照及簽證（或居留證件）原件及2份復(fù)印件。
（3）Birth Certificate (or parent-children relationship certificate, or adoption proof), and provide 2 copies of this.
（3）出生證明（或親子關(guān)系證明、收養(yǎng)證明）原件及2份復(fù)印件。
（4）ID certificates of both parents, and provide 2 copies of each.
（4）父母雙方的身份證件原件及2份復(fù)印件。
（5）Marriage certificate of parents and 2 copies of this
（5）父母的結(jié)婚證明原件及2份復(fù)印件
（6）Nationality identification should be processed in the first place if one/both of the parents was/were of Chinese nationality when the child was born.
（6）子女出生時(shí)父母雙方或一方為中國(guó)籍的，須先辦理國(guó)籍認(rèn)定手續(xù)。
